About Us
Our Mission
We are dedicated to making mindfulness practices accessible to diverse communities by offering research-backed meditation techniques and holistic well-being resources. Our approach emphasizes secular, trauma-sensitive instruction suitable for all backgrounds.
Our Team
Our instructors are trained via accredited programs including the Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute and the International Mindfulness Teachers Association. Each teacher holds a minimum of 5 years personal practice and 500+ hours of teaching experience in MBSR, MBCT, or compassion-based modalities.
Our Approach
We integrate contemplative neuroscience, somatics, and self-compassion frameworks to address modern challenges such as burnout, digital distraction, and chronic stress. Our programs are evaluated through pre/post assessments measuring perceived stress (PSS), mindfulness (FFMQ), and well-being (WEMWBS).
